Two Top-Tier Rounds · 7 Days · Front Range & Vail Valley
Mosaico Travels
Curated Luxury · Exceptional Destinations
Two eras of American golf, the Rocky Mountains in between.
Three nights at Four Seasons Denver, with two of the most distinctive rounds in American golf — Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr.'s Arrowhead, threaded through the 300-million-year-old red sandstone of Roxborough State Park, and the brand-new Coore & Crenshaw masterpiece at Rodeo Dunes — open for its inaugural public season in 2027.
Then west to Beaver Creek for three nights at Park Hyatt — ski-in/ski-out in winter, a base for alpine hikes, fly fishing and Class III–IV whitewater on the Eagle River in summer. The two halves of Colorado, in seven days.
- Three nights Four Seasons Denver · Three nights Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
- Two rounds — Arrowhead Golf Club (RTJ Sr. & Jr.) and Rodeo Dunes (Coore & Crenshaw, opening 2027)
- Guided alpine hike day in the Vail Valley — Booth Falls, Beaver Lake or summit options
- Class III–IV whitewater rafting on the Eagle River with a Vail-based outfitter
- Private transfers throughout · Rodeo Dunes founder/preview access subject to availability
Two rounds. Two eras.
Robert Trent Jones father-and-son carved Arrowhead through the red rocks in 1972 — parkland golf at its most photographed. Half a century later, Coore & Crenshaw return to their Sand Hills roots on 4,000 acres of dunes northeast of Denver. The same state. Two completely different traditions of the game.
Seven Days, Two Worlds
Three nights of golf and city on the Front Range. Three nights of trails and rivers in the Vail Valley.
Arrival · Denver
Welcome to the Mile High City
A private driver meets you at Denver International Airport for the transfer to Four Seasons Denver in the heart of the theatre district. Settle into a Mountain View room — many overlook the Front Range — and dine at EDGE Restaurant, the hotel's locally-sourced steakhouse just steps from Larimer Square.
Round One · Arrowhead Golf Club
Among the Red Rocks
Thirty minutes south to Roxborough Park — the 300-million-year-old Fountain Formation rises in tilted red spires alongside every fairway. Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. routed eighteen holes through these sandstone monuments in 1972; the par-3 13th plays from an elevated tee between two massive rocks. Lunch at the clubhouse, return to the city, dinner at Tavernetta or Mizuna.
Round Two · Rodeo Dunes
Coore & Crenshaw's Newest Canvas
An hour northeast to Roggen — high plains, Rocky Mountain views, and 4,000 acres of sand dunes up to ninety feet tall. The Keiser family's newest Dream Golf project (after Bandon and Sand Valley) places Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw on what Coore calls "some of the most gifted land we've ever come across." Walking-only, hand-built. Inaugural public season 2027 — Mosaico can secure founder/preview play in 2026 subject to availability.
Denver to Beaver Creek
Up Into the Rockies
A scenic two-and-a-half hour drive west on I-70 — the Continental Divide, Vail Pass, the long descent into the Vail Valley. Check into Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, the only ski-in/ski-out hotel in Beaver Creek Village. Newly renovated rooms, an afternoon at Exhale Spa's Aqua Sanitas water sanctuary, and dinner at 8100 Mountainside.
Mountain Hike · Vail Valley
Booth Falls, Beaver Lake or Summit
A guided alpine hike with a private mountain guide — choose your level. The classic Booth Falls trail climbs through aspen groves to a sixty-foot waterfall. The more ambitious can summit at Beaver Lake (9,746 ft) or push higher to PHQ Hill Climb at 11,440 ft. Picnic lunch on the trail, late afternoon back at the lodge for the spa or the heated outdoor pool with five hot tubs.
River Day · Eagle River
Class III–IV on the Eagle
May through early July is prime — fueled by snowmelt off the surrounding 13,000-foot peaks. A half-day with Timberline Tours or Sage Outdoor Adventures on the Lower Eagle (Class III, splashy and family-friendly) or the Dowd Chute (Class IV, continuous rapids through Vail's most dramatic stretch). Lunch at riverside, afternoon at leisure. Final dinner at Beano's Cabin — accessed by 4x4 or horseback up the mountain.
Departure · Denver
A Slow Goodbye
Breakfast at the Park Hyatt, a slow morning on the terrace, and private transfer back to Denver International Airport for your onward flight home. Eagle County (EGE) airport is also a 35-minute alternative for connecting flights.
