Official Rules

  1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by MOSAICO TRAVELS LLC ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Tamarack Lodge, and Osprey Meadows Golf Course are not eligible to enter.
  3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  4. Entry Period: Entries must be received between Sept 15, 2026 and Dec 1, 2026.
  5. How to Enter: Online form found at www.mosaicotravels.com/golfwell-tamarack-resort-giveaway. Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. There must be a minimum of fifty (50) unique entry submission forms recieved in order for the Giveaway to be awarded. From there, a winner will be notified between December 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026 via Email. Winner must respond within 30 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. Prize Details: The prize includes three (3) nights' accommodations at Tamarack Lodge and two (2) rounds of golf at Osprey Meadows Golf Course, for the winner and one (1) guest, sharing a single room. All other expenses, including but not limited to travel to and from Tamarack, meals, gratuities, incidentals, and equipment rental, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  8. Booking & Travel Window: The winner must book their stay to travel on-site on or before December 31, 2027. Reservations are subject to availability.
  9. Blackout Dates: The prize may not be redeemed during the following blackout periods: July 1–7, 2027 and December 22–31, 2027.
  10. Nontransferable; No Cash Value: The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or substituted for another prize, in whole or in part, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
  11. Availability & Resort Policies: The prize is subject to availability and to the standard policies, terms, and conditions of Tamarack Lodge and Osprey Meadows Golf Course.
  12. Guest Requirements: The winner's guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and may be required to sign a liability release prior to travel.
  13. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and location (city/state) for promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  14. Release of Liability: By entering, participants release Sponsor, Tamarack Lodge, and Osprey Meadows Golf Course from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.
  15. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue a 1099 or equivalent tax form as required by law.
  16. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway, or these Official Rules, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
  17. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
