Five Rounds from the Home of Golf to the Highlands

Fly into Edinburgh, spend three nights in St Andrews with three rounds on the Links, then head north to the Moray Firth for Castle Stuart and Old Petty. You fly home from Inverness, fifteen minutes from your hotel, so there is no long drive back south at the end.

Evening departure on an overnight flight to Edinburgh. Sleep if you can; your first Scottish morning starts on landing.

Arrive Edinburgh & Transfer to St Andrews: Round 1

Morning arrival into Edinburgh Airport. Private transfer to St Andrews, and knock off the rust with an afternoon round.

St Andrews Links: Round 2

Your second round at the Home of Golf. Old Course ballot entered for today; if it does not fall your way, you play one of the other championship courses on the Links.

St Andrews Links: Round 3

A third day on the Links, with the Old Course ballot in play again. Final evening in town: dinner and a pint within sight of the 18th green.

Thursday, April 29
Transfer to Inverness

Journey north through Perthshire and the Cairngorms to the Scottish Highlands, about three hours by private transfer. Check in on the Moray Firth and join the Founding Members group for the welcome dinner this evening.

Cabot Highlands Castle Stuart: Round 4

Tee time 10:00. Coastal championship links on the Moray Firth and a four-time Scottish Open host, with the water in view on nearly every hole.

Old Petty: Round 5

Tee time 10:17. Tom Doak's new links beside Castle Stuart, opened in 2026. A fitting last round, and a farewell evening back at the hotel.

Fly Home from Inverness

Private transfer to Inverness Airport, about fifteen minutes from the hotel, in time for your flight home.
