Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before submitting your registration.

By registering for a Mosaico Travels experience, you agree to the following terms.

Payment Structure

All trips are priced in U.S. Dollars. Your total trip cost will be outlined in your registration confirmation and is payable in three installments:

• 25% non-refundable deposit due at registration to secure your spot
• 25% second payment due six months prior to departure
• 50% final payment due 120 days prior to departure

Failure to meet any payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot and previously paid deposits. All payments after the initial deposit will be invoiced directly.

Cancellation Policy

Once your registration is confirmed and your deposit is received, Mosaico Travels begins booking tee times, accommodations, and ground services on your behalf. Because these commitments are made well in advance and are largely non-refundable to us, the following cancellation terms apply:

• The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
• Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to departure will forfeit all payments made to date, but no further payment will be owed
• Cancellations made within 120 days of departure will forfeit the full trip cost

We strongly encourage every guest to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical issues, or other disruptions.

Travel Insurance

Mosaico Travels does not sell or administer travel insurance. We strongly recommend that every guest secure a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and luggage. Reputable providers include Travel Guard, Allianz, Travelex, and World Nomads, among others.

Mosaico Travels cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense that travel insurance would typically cover. Please secure coverage shortly after registration to maximize protection.

Exchange Rate Adjustments

For trips conducted outside the United States, pricing is set based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of trip publication. If the U.S. Dollar weakens by more than 2% against the relevant local currency (referenced via www.oanda.com) between registration and final payment, a corresponding price adjustment may be applied to any unpaid balance. You will be notified in advance of any such adjustment.

Ground Transportation and Arrivals

Included ground transportation is based on standard group arrival and departure points as specified in each trip itinerary. Guests who arrive or depart from alternate airports, on alternate days, or who request additional private transfers may incur supplementary charges. These will be quoted in advance and confirmed before booking.

Golf-Specific Notes

Some courses on our itineraries may require a current handicap certificate from a recognized golf club. Where applicable, this will be noted in your pre-trip materials. Failure to provide a valid handicap may result in denied play at certain venues.

Golf bag handling and transportation are included within the structured itinerary. Domestic flight luggage limits, where applicable, will be communicated in your trip details and must be observed.

Optional Activities and Additional Bookings

At your request, Mosaico Travels can arrange additional rounds of golf, non-golf activities, dining, or excursions before or during your trip. A small booking or administrative fee may apply, and you will be notified before any such fee is incurred. All guests agree to provide a valid credit card in advance of departure to cover any additional services, incidentals, or property damage charges.

Photo and Media Release

By signing your registration form, you grant Mosaico Travels permission to:

• Use your likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media captured during the trip
• Use this media in any Mosaico Travels publication, including print, web, social media, and marketing materials
• Edit, crop, or otherwise modify this media for publication

You acknowledge that all such media is the property of Mosaico Travels and that you are not entitled to compensation or royalties for its use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your trip host upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor that request.

Responsibility and Liability

Mosaico Travels acts as a tour operator and coordinator, securing accommodations, golf, transportation, and other services through independent contractors. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by:

• Acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure
• War, civil unrest, terrorism, or political instability
• Acts, omissions, or negligence of independent service providers
• Mechanical or technical failures of transportation
• Airport, port, or course closures
• Schedule changes or cancellations by airlines or other carriers
• Public health emergencies, epidemics, or related restrictions
• Any other event reasonably outside our control

Mosaico Travels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal belongings, nor for personal injury, accident, or illness occurring during the trip. Guests assume responsibility for any property damage they cause and agree to cover incidental charges and replacement costs.

Mosaico Travels reserves the right to cancel a trip if circumstances require it. In that event, we will refund all payments received toward that specific trip, which constitutes the full extent of our liability to guests.

Guest Conduct

Mosaico Travels reserves the right to remove any guest from a trip whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the experience of other guests. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the guest will be responsible for any costs associated with their departure.

Acceptance

By submitting your registration and initial deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that you understand the recommendation to secure travel insurance to protect your investment.
